Former President Bill Clinton and Governor Mike Beebe hosted a high-profile fundraising reception for the U.S. Marshals Museum at the Arkansas Governor's Mansion in Little Rock on December 18. Christopher Chadbourne & Associates (CCA) is the exhibition designer for the project and was a co-sponsor of the event.
The reception attracted over 150 potential donors to the new world-class museum to be located near the Arkansas River in Fort Smith. Chris Tebbutt, senior project manager at CCA, was on hand for the event to present the preliminary exhibit design to attendees.

James Dunn, project director for the museum said, "We are showcasing the building design, we're showcasing the exhibits, and we’re showcasing the contribution the U.S. Marshals have made to the rule of law in United States history."
CCA is designing 20,000 square feet of exhibitions, in three main galleries: A Changing Nation immerses visitors in pivotal social issues in American history and the Marshals' role in these events; Marshals Today helps visitors understand the historic and contemporary efforts of the Service to protect our justice system; and Frontier Marshals gallery sweeps from the story of the Old West to asking visitors about what the future might hold for the Service. Finally, the Hall of Honor is devoted to the stories and service of fallen Marshals.
